    Alerts not working

I've setup my email and SMS in my profile and have tested and was able to get alerts. I'm trying to test out my FMM leak detection module and cant seem to get the alert to trigger and email or SMS. I can see that when i put water on my sensor the leak tab switch from open to close but I dont get any alerts. I've set this all up in tasks so I assume i'm doing everything correct.

Below is my email code that was added by tasks:

    Set OFF
    If Error ATKFMM Then ON
    If RESLOW OPEN Then ON
    If ATOHi CLOSED Then ON
    If LEAK1 CLOSED Then ON
    If LEAK2 CLOSED Then ON
    If DOSLOW OPEN Then ON
    If ATOHi CLOSED Then ON

Make sure your notifications settings are correct in fusion.

I would also add the line

    Defer 001:00 Then ON

So you don't get false alerts for noise spikes.

Thanks zombie, I went into notification and i've checked email, sms, phone notification. I've also tested using the app and I can get the notification but its not sending me alerts when i trigger the leak detection.

Do you get a notification if you set the email outlet to manual ON?

    Still nothing...

I also tried to put in code to turn off my solenoid when it detects a leak and nothing there as well.

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If LEAK1 CLOSED Then OFF
    If LEAK2 CLOSED Then OFF

The power for my FMM is set to auto. I have power connected to the FMM and I've tested this by turning it on and off and I hear a click on my solenoid.

I just got an email and text for my salt, so it looks like my notification is set correctly.

    Date: 2018-02-03 16:30:28 -0800
    Status: ON
    Statement: If Salt < 32.0 Then ON ( 1.3)

Did you configure the ports for the device plugged in and uncheck auto detect? It's possible that's your problem if you didn't do that.

It was all set to auto detect. I've unchecked auto detect and the FMM has all the correct modules defined. Let me test again..

When I click on the settings icon, then temperature this displays the list of inputs and what's set to alarm. The only items that have alarms checked are the probe sensors. I'm not able to check the alarm for the leak sensors. Could this be my problem?

I don't have any so I'm not sure. It's possible, but configuring alarms on the inout page isn't necessary. I prefer the email outlet myself as it gives me a lot more freedom and easier to see what alarms are at a quick glance.

They should pay you because without you I'm sure their phone would be ringing off the hook.

This was super helpful! I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I couldn't get alerts from the FMM module. I don't know how you figured out the auto detect thing but wow, that was a lifesaver!
