    Apex Local no longer showing login field

    After I updated my Apex to "5.03_CA17" when I go to apex.local or the internal IP address the login fields are no longer presented.

    I have restarted a few times but not sure what else to do other than factory reset. Would rather not do that since I have it all setup.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Any clue what I should do? I can still access the apex through Apex Fusion.

    Clear your browser cache and see if that helps.

    You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

    Already did that and used a private browser window. Tried chrome, firefox, Safari and chrome on Android without any luck.

    Any other suggestions?

    Not sure. Definately don't do a factory reset. You could create a support ticket to see if they have any ideas.

    You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

    Try accessing it directly from your router and see if that makes a difference.

    What do you mean? He's already trying to get to the local page not fusion. Is that what you meant?

    It was an update issue and had to go through Apex support. They remoted in and fixed it. Not sure what the issue was.
