    FMM Module Clicking

My ATK has been working fine but I've come home tonight to find the PMUP not running despite it being on. There's a constant clicking coming from the 1 LINK whilst its on. (I run it off that rather than have to use the psu on the FMM - does this mean the pumps has failed its only been in use since August last year and has been working fine to date.

    Any help appreciated, thanks guys.

Could be a clog. Unplug the tubing from the PMUP and see if it will spray. If it doesn't take it apart and clean it and see if it will then. If it still won't, check the 24V port with a multimeter to see if it's getting voltage out to the pump.

Unscrew the strainer basket. Remove screws.

Is the clicking coming from the PMUP or the interface box?

If you have another DC24 port available, you can easily check the pump by moving the plug and manually turning the other DC24 outlet on.

If you have a volt meter, you can check the voltage on the DC24 port of the 1Link as well. I would make sure the firmware is up to date and try re-booting the 1link module. If that still doesn't work it could be a fault with the relay in the module and I would open a service ticket.

Clicking from the 1 Link nothing at all from the PMUP. My 2 Wavs on the 1 link are working fine. Just tried it on the other 24v outlet on the 1 link and same thing happens, also powered up the FMM module with the 24v and connected the PMUP which still didn't work and the clicking was coming from the FMM module. Seems like a PMUP issue to me?

Yeah. Check for clogs in the line and disassemble and clean.

It sounds like the PMUP has developed a problem and is drawing too much current. The clicking coming from the 1LINK or FMM is the relay for the ACC port cycling on and off as the overcurrent protection mechanism kicks in.
