Cor20 Off AFTER FLOw Sensor Installed

    Guys,
So I just installed a 1 Inch Apex Flow Sensor. As soon as I plugged it into FMM, the Cor shut down and threw an alarm:
    2018-02-10 18:20:44 -0500 ON If FlowRT < 12.5 Then ON

    20 2018-02-10 18:21:05 -0500 OFF Set OFF

So Alarm went off, but Cor20 will not fire up, Outlet is set to Auto, I can't manually turn it on either,

    Please Help
    Steve

You have to use a virtual outlet. Change X to a value lower than any normal Cor operating scenario.

    LowFlow
    Set OFF
If FlowRT < 12.5 Then ON
If Outlet CorName percentage < X Then OFF
    Defer 000:30 Then ON

Replace the flow line in your COR with

If Outlet LowFlow = ON Then OFF

I dont need any of this to happen. I don't care if flow goes low, cor shuts off. Right now, I See my Cor outlet, on, off or auto, nothing is controling it. I can only manually control it from Module Box,
Why Have I lost all control. My IQ Is set to 16 Perecnt, Auto Should take over. If I run Task at setup, that wont work either...

    Okay. Misunderstood your issue.

First update the module firmwares for the cor and FMM even if they say OK (might as well do it for every module while you are at it). If that doesn't fix the problem, post your code for the COR.

Also trying to write your code above and when I go and type the if statement, I start typing COR and it doesn't populate, the outlet is called cor20

The advanced code. Don't use wizard code with IQ if you tried. Apparently it can wig out. Use task generated or custom advanced.

I tried deleting the Outlet, and restarting task, it will only run in Manual mod with Module Box..... I have unplugged Power cord and Aqua bus cable a few times...

Not sure what you mean by advanced code, but I can't get the cor to show up in Fusion no matter what I do. The Cor is controllable via the Mod Box up and down only....

Can't pick up cor in task and mod is not showing up. Aqua Bus plugged in for sure. Pump is running, just in manual mode via Module box.

    Zombie,
As stupid as this sounds, the USB Aqua Bus Came loose some how behind my cabinet. Not Cor side, other side.... Sooooooo Sorry man!! Cor back online...
Should I give that code a try? Doesn't the Cor SHUT DOWN under stress??

You can if you want, but it's not really necessary on the cor because it has built in protection features. I just assumed you had a line like your alarm shutting off the cor already because I misinterpreted your problem in the first post.
