    Pump swap issue

I swapped out my SICCE 9 return pump for a Vectra L1 on my Apex 2016. When I try to turn it on, it won’t power it. The power light on the block doesn’t turn green. I remove the plug and put in on a different wall receptacle and it powers right up. That’s how I’m currently running it.

I can hear the apex outlet power on and off when I switch it from the app. Is there some sort of reset that needs to be done for installing a different pump?

    TIA

    Nope. Just set to to

    Fallback ON
    Set ON

And it should work. If not, double check that you are selecting the right outlet and if you did and it doesn't work, contact support as it might be a hardware issue.

Ok, I set the fallback to on, where is the “set” setting?

Ok. I checked on the advanced tab and that’s what I had already, followed by the feed line.

And after all that, it turns out I had it in the wrong hole, I mean outlet.
