Most likely it's still good. Go to the modules page and update the firmware for the display (do the other modules too while you are at it).

Im The guy who helped Errol to set up his apex. The port foward was set completely. The apex was registered in the apex server for fusion app. All worked flawless. How ever the upgrade process was completed. Via local network wired. First the module the. The http. After reboot the system still working. I update tge NTP and email options. And the system was reloaded. After reboot the screen just powered with orange led only. No display. The ping responding and the https not works. I already tried to reflash the firmware without luck.

Any help with that will be appreciated.

When you day orange screen you are referring to the optional display module correct? Or are you referring to the apex local screen? If the former, the fix is either unplugging it and plugging it back in or updating it's module firmware in the module setup page. If neither work create a support ticket. If the latter, please provide some screen shots and additional information so we can better understand what the problem is.

Also assuming you are referring to the optional display unit. Check to make sure that the display did not get set to a blank page. What I mean is that the display unit has 4 'pages' that can be configured with different information. There should be a little icon in the upper right corner, a series of dots in a 2 x 2 grid that indicates what page is active. The active page can be selected by hitting the right or left arrow button.

If you are not able to communicate with the Apex through the web interface or fusion, it sounds like you have a bigger problem than just the display. You should contact Neptune Support and open a help ticket.

In a previous post, you mentioned https. The Apex does not support https, only http. If you really did try https, use http://apex-ip-address
