Micro scrub bubbles

Hi guys, I have a micro bubbles scrubber and I want it to go on at 1:00 to 3:00 am and this is how programmed on The Neptune:
If time 01:00 to 03:00 then OFF
but instead is turning ON all the time at any time.
please help

Should be

Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 01:00 to 02:59 Then ON

Make sure outlet is set to AUTO.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
