Flow is in gallon per hour units not rpm.

The flow AND the RPM does not change from 55% to 100%

If the pump is set at 55% the flow and the pump RPM is the same as when set at 100%

If the pump is set at below 55% the flow & the RPM go down

Just wondering if this is right

You might have maxed out the flow sensor. What size did you get and what value is it reading?

Looks like a no on the maxing then. Did you perhaps run the flow meter cord and the cor cord parallel to each other? Could be induced current screwing with the measurement.

Describe your plumbing from COR to tank in detail please. Pics would be good too.

My pluming need some improvement to get the flow better i get that. I had two mag 1100 pumps before i put the COR 20 in. Before I changed the pumps i installed the 1" flow meters so i could get a before and after reading. I was getting 240 GPH with the Mag pumps and not changing any pluming I am getting 387 GPH with the COR. So its better. I petty sure I can get better with some pluming changes. What I was wondering was why the flow and the Pump RPM don't change from 55% to 100%.

Out of Pump 3/4" PVC 6" to 3/4" Hose 8" to the flow then 90 PVC elbow Up 8" To another 90 PVC elbow across 30" to another 3/4 PVC elbow Up the back of the tank (24") then a 90 through the glass into the tank.
From the pump to the tank is about 11' total
    Total rise is about 4.5'
