Can i run 2 Apex brains on a single tank? slave brain?

This might be a bit of a strange thing to ask but i have a spare brain (classic) for redundancy purposes, its never been used in anger and seems a waste just sat in a box just in case. My set up has both variable sockets (all 4 ports) in use and i would like to add some more kit that would benefit from the variable port, the logical way forward would be to buy a vdm module it but when i think about it it would cost me more for a new vdm module than the back up brain cost, so is it possible?

You can't run two brains on the same aquabus network, but you can run two seperate brains for anything that doesnt need to directly communicate with each other.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
