I made a manifold for my last tank, but doing it again, I'm running a 6" pipe straight up from the return pump to the FS-100, then putting a barbed fitting on top.

I have a reefer 170 and I would like to see the manifold that you have come up with for it. Can you put a picture of it on here?

I just cut the rubber return hose and installed mine. Its not a big deal to cut it and install it in the hose that came with the reefer 170. I have the same tank and it was easy to install it in there. I did install the FS-50 though and I just think its to small and slowing my flow way to much. I believe I am going to go up to the FS-100 for sure.
