Outlet control grayed out on android device

I can toggle outlets on and off fine from any computer, but on my android phone it has the outlets grayed out. Anyone have any idea what may be causing this?

Thanks. I feel kind of dumb now. Didn't realize that the gray bars were just to make sure you don't bump it.

On the Dashboard, click the Help (?) button, and read the topic about safety covers for full details.
