    These changes should be made

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If ATKLOW OPEN Then ON
    If ATKHIG CLOSED Then OFF
    If ATKSUM OPEN Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
    Defer 000:10 Then ON
    Defer 000:04 Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

this my output configuration on my ATK outlet 8 on the EB832
    Fallback OFF
    Set ON

    Or

    Fallback OFF
    Set ON
    If ATKHIG CLOSED Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

Top code goes in the ATK 24V outlet. Bottom code goes in the energy bar. Most people just plug that power supply in the wall and save the outlet for something else. The only thing it buys you is potentially a cleaner look and a failsafe in the rare event the 24V outlet were to get stuck in the ON position.

Yes. That code is for the energy bar if you want to add the failsafe for the rare event the 24V outlet gets stuck ON.

Get the level up to the low optical sensor manually, Then put the ATK 24V output in AUTO.
