Angry 1 of My Wavs stopped

It has 0rpm but is displaying as 44% ok on the apex screen. Tried all the obvious, linking unlinking, cleaning, but Im convinced this is a software issue. Anyone fixed this, I see its a reasonably common problem.

    Cheers,

    Paul

Same problem. I decalcified WAVs but when I try it again the one WAV not only won’t start it fails the 1LINK and both WAVs will not run. I will open a ticket with Neptune.

Mine was literally 24 hours wet when it died... Im seriously hoping I don't have to replace this...

Its clearly a common fault and it should be sorted out by neptune. Its not cheap kit and although i love it when it works I hate things that don't work properly...

Quick update. I cleaned the pump again last night and manually span the impeller by hand before dropping it back in the tank - and all is fine now!!!! Im happy, but worried these things are a little over sensitive to dust?
