Apex Not Responding or Connecting to Fusion

I'll start by saying I'm not the most technological person there is, but I think I know enough to get by. I have a Classic Apex (Orange Label) that will not connect to Fusion. I've been messing around with it all day to no avail. Here are the details in bullet points to hopefully clarify what's going on. Everything was working fine as of last evening. Woke up to:

-The main unit (brain) is on and has a solid green light
    - I have it hard wired to my modem
    - Both the green and orange lights are on where the Ethernet cable attaches to the brain
    - The display screen is a solid blue color - no data
    - All other modules attached, including the two EB8's are blinking orange, not a solid light as normal
    - Oddly, nearly everything plugged in to the EB8's are at least running
    - The lights didn't come on (so they are not working) which is what brought this to my attention
    - The flow pumps were not on either
    - Everything else seems to be working - even though the powerbars are blinking orange

What I've attempted (Some multiple times):

    - I have unplugged the Apex and all related equipment several times trying to "reset" it.
    - I can't reset the Apex via the display because it's blank
    - I can not sign on to Fusion
    - I can not get it to pull up to the old dashboard through my network
    - When I try, it says the site can't be reached or Refused to Connect
    - I swapped out the cable model/router thinking that was it - no difference

So, I'm at a loss. My first thought was is it didn't like the time change. But I can't figure out how to get in it to reset it.

Anyone have any suggestions here? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Start with just the energy bar and brain connected and all other modules unplugged. Update the brains firmware then plug the modules in one at a time and update their firmware once they are detected and solid led.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I have already tried that and unfortunately it didn't work. I've isolated everything I can think of. I think I've come to the conclusion the brain has ceased its desire to live.

I'm going to try to pick up a new brain unit in hopes that everything else will fall in line and still work. Time will tell I guess.

    Again, thanks for the reply.
