wifi setup but not able to access

    Hello All,
I've set up WIFI after connecting to the hotspot in a new Apex 2016. The light is orange on top. My router sees the apex and can ping it. My laptop cannot see the Apex and cannot ping it. Arp -a does not show it in the local arp table. The router's arp table has it listed.

Of course it doesn't answer to the IP address or netbios name. When I log in while it is directly connected to the router it works fine. It is also showing 0% wifi signal strength (it's in the same room as the router). I'm not sure if that is normal while connected via ethernet connection.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on here?

What kind of router is it? I just went thru the same thing and no matter what we did my TP-link would not work even when it looked like it was connected with full power. The Apex uses the same ip and mac for both Ethernet and wireless so in my case it looked like the router did not like that. I would open a support case, they sent me a guide that might help you. Good luck.
