Monitor air temperature

How can I monitor air temperature within my stand? Or perhaps humidity? Saw on the brs questions for the temp probe that using it to monitor air temp is not an ideal situation so I’m wondering if there is an alternative. Thanks in advance

The Apex temp probe works well for measuring indoor ambient temperature. I’ve done it for years.
