    Fusion keeps disconnecting

    Anyone else in the uk having connection issues tonight? My apex keeps restarting! 🤬

    Yes, I am having the same issue over 9 times since 6.45 pm GMT

    I hope this is a small server issue and gets sorted soon. Very irritating!

    I disconnected my apex from the my router to see if the issue gets resolved for the time being... I have had 22 disconnects since 6.45PM GMT. Not sure how Fusion can make the Apex Reboot every time it losses connection?

    Yep mine keeps disconnecting too. Annoying when half way through feed mode and cleansing the skimmer as it wouldn’t switch on again for a while.

    Disconnecting it from my Apex Classic from the router and in doing so fusion seems to have stop the reboots. Tried connecting again and straight away it rebooted again. I will keep it disconnected now until the issue gets resolved.

    I am not in the UK (am in California) and have been experiencing similar frequent Apex disconnections from fusion. I dont think that all of mine result in reboots but I havent checked the reboot log.

    Not sure what brought it on but I keep getting phone notifications telling me that my apex is off of fusion, and then back on again.

    I wonder if someone is working on the internet in my area or something. If the home network is going down that could explain it.
