    Question ATK big frustration!

I bought the ATK set a few months ago and set it up. I finally got it to work and it was great, Then along came the dreaded update. Not only did that upset everything connected to my energy bars but I have not been able to get the ATK to work since.

First of all it is not recognizing that the FMM is even there. The light is green but it seems the sensors are not recognized either. I have read all the advice on forums but still have not been able to get it to work.

This is my programming on the FMM:

    FAllback OFF
    Set OFF
    If Swx4 OPEN Then ON
    If Swx4_2 CLOSED Then OFF
When ON > 005:00 Then OFF
    Defer 000:10 Then ON
    Defer 000:04 Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

    For Pump:

    Fallback OFF
    Set ON
    If Swx4_2 Closed Then OFF

I did not grow up with computers so I have tried to use the wizards for most things. When I try to use the ATK setup It says the FMM is not connected when it clearly is! So it will not progress after that.

    Any help is truly appreciated!

This is on Apex classic, I have already replaced the pump.

Do you have a separate power supply connected to the FMM?
And if connected, is it connected to another pow er source other then the
    energy bar?

This is a community forum not neptune support. Frequent contributors like myself will often look through unread messages, but some get missed. Please give people the same level of courtesy you would expect if you were volunteering your time. If a post doesn't get answered within a half day, just bump it to the top, don't get snarky.

The FMM is plugged into the energy bar. It will not recognize that it is there even.

Make sure all module firmwares are up to date. Unplug the FMM from aquabus while you do this and then plug it back in when finished.

    Is the "socket" turned on?
Try an outlet you know that works, other than what is on the energy bar.
You may have to turn it on. I've been down that road once.

Does the FMM show up in the module list?

    Are there more than 1?

Energy bars don't recognize modules. Only aquabus connections and probe inputs in the FMM can detect what is plugged in.
