So - got my Apex about 2 weeks ago now. First off I love it! Now, to the problems.

Out of the box, my salinity probe would not calibrate. I get that, failures happen, no problem. Pay for Cross Ship, again no problem. Here is the problem - the replacement did not come with calibration solution, what? This was a failure out of the box. Was I suppose to keep the calibration solution for over a week while the replacement is sent from the West Coast to the East Coast by Ground? Not happy with this, as now I have to order it (and pay for it myself) to have the new Apex up and running. Yup, you are right, it's only a couple of bucks, I'll let that replay in your head a couple of times. On a $120 probe, that requires initial calibration, why is this not included with a new probe?

Just a little frustrated, but wanted to give others a heads up - not that people will find this until after the fact and it's not something that tell you is NOT coming with the probe.
