DOS heads not working

I have been running my DOS for 2 plus years with no problems. While the DOS was in AUTO mode I noticed while the pump head was showing blue light as if it was working, the pump itself was not making any noise are turning like it does when pumping fluid. I tried to get them to engage using the priming buttons, blue light would come on but no movement. Could the heads have worn out. Anyone else experienced this problem or know of any fix. I hate to buy to heads and that's not the problem. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks RussM. Tech Support got me going in no time. DOS power supply is plugged into EB8 that I put in the auto mode by mistake while switching equipment around. Aquabus cable allowed the power lights to come on. switched back to the on position and back in business.
