    Output Log on Apex Local & Fusion not matching

    I enabled logging of my ATK since day one. Something new started today morning. The Output Log on Apex Local & Fusion are not matching.

    Other items on Apex Fusion are working. I'm able to manually turn on the ATK. DOS logs are matching.

    Wanted to ask the community before I open a support ticket.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    No, haven't taken it to that level yet.
    I was hoping to get a solution or some ideas before I tried the support route.
    I'll be following your results here.

    Issue resolved by rebooting the Apex via Apex Local. New Output Logs are now showing up on Fusion.

    Hi I have just found my apex is doing same thing so has rebooting fixed your problem

    The issue is back. Output Logs stopped showing up on Apex Fusion after 1am until I rebooted the Apex.

    Created a support ticket.

    I only just noticed tonight I will reboot mine in morning as it’s 9:21pm hear in Australia and apex runs 3 tanks. My fish and wife won’t appreciate me doing it now😀 I will let you no what goes on with mine

    Just noticed my output logs are missing as well in Fusion, but they are ok and live in Local Dashboard.

    I just rebooted my apex it is now showing logs on the page don’t no how long this will last. But for now it’s working

    Same here - logs missing on Fusion after March 29th. Rebooted and logs appeared.

    The reboot from apex.local did not resolve the problem for me. Hoping for a patch / update soon.

    Issue restarted today. Can anyone else check? I’ll raise a ticket with support and want to let them know if it’s affecting more than one person. Thanks.

    I noticed the same issue. My ouput log stopped reading on fusion hoewever when I check on local all the data seems to be there.

    Thanks. Not just me. Reboot of the Apex will write all the missing log files to Fusion and continue writing to it.

    Did the reboot and it started writing into the output log for fusion however it did not fill in the missing logs. Also last night for some reason the atk turned on when it shouldn't have exactly at 1:00 am. This was adout halfway into the min time of 60 minutes it is programmed for.
