Apex Fusion says one of the DDR sides is open

    Hello,

One of the DDR chambers says it is open implying it is empty. It has not been empty (at least 1/8th full) and I have filled it up. Still saying it is open.

    Please advise.

    Thank you,

    Don

Make sure the DOS module firmware is up to date in the classic dashboard. Try reseating the connector to the DOS and see if that makes a difference. If neither does, it might be a failed optical sensor and I would contact support.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
