    New apex install

I installed everything as per the instructions but the conductivity probe will not even show as powered up. Could I have a bad probe or could the base unit have a bad input?

Please be more clear in your description. I don't understand from your post what problem you are having.

The probe will not show the check mark icons that show it is connected. So I plug it in and then go to cal it but can’t because apex does not show that the probe is connected

Try reseating the connector. It might not be locked in all the way.

There is no checkmark that indicates that a probe is connected. In the Inputs view in APEX Fusion or APEX Local, the presence or lack of a checkmark under the status column indicates whether a given probe port is enabled or not. If using the Inputs view, and a probe port is not enabled, you cannot calibrate that port - the calibrations option is not there unless the port is enabled. So it is really unclear what exactly you are doing. Post a screen shot if you can, and give a more detailed description please.

Look at the salt. All the other probes have checks when connected them

Click on it, then there is a Dropbox that will say disabled. Change it to enabled.
