    Check valves on DOS

    Does the DOS pumps need check valve installed to prevent siphons?

    No peristaltic heads act like a check valve naturally. They stop flow in both directions when they aren't running and basically squeeze the water like a tube of toothpaste.

    You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
