Light programming issue apex 2016

Hey guys I have an Apex 2016 model. I want to control my Refugium Lights. I need them to come on at 10pm and go off at 11am. I have selected one of the preprogram from Apex using the LIGHT option however for some reason the programme doesn't work. I can turn ON and OFF the lights just by using the ON and OFF sliders through fusion. Also I see 2 CLOCKS on my fusion one shows current time and the other shows 3 hrs behind (pic attached). Below is the snapshot of the Apex Programming. What am I doing wrong? Appreciate your help in advance.

You need to fix your clock settings. In Ontario, the setting should be -4 for UTC offset and DST enabled (daylight savings time).

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Ok folks problem fixed. The issue was 2 CLOCKS. The DST was stuck at -8 where as I am at -5. Fixed it under clock settings in fusion and everything is working. Thanks.
