    Not getting alarm

Was running ATK solo for a couple weeks and bit the bullet and just got the Apex, I used the auto setup to add it to my system. I have alarms to go when the sump is above the hi water sensor, shouldn't that go off anytime its under water? This last week my new water was more than I took out and the sensor was under for a good couple hours. Part of the reason I bought this system was to tell me my sump is high...third floor apartment and all. Can someone please tell me what's wrong here? This is the base email, EmailAlm_I5, which should push notifications to my iphone and watch...right?

    Set OFF
If Tmp > 82.0 Then ON
If Tmp < 74.5 Then ON
    If Error ATK Then ON
    If Sump_H CLOSED Then ON
    Defer 003:00 Then ON

    Thanks, Matt

You have a defer of 3 mins there

Meaning any of those conditions have to be true for a whole 3 mins before you get the alarm.

Is the email alarm slider in the AUTO position?

Did you set up notifications in Apex Fusion?

Do you get an alarm (the message will be Status ON / Set ON) if you slide the email alarm output slider to ON for several seconds?

vhuang, The sensor was underwater for a couple hours.

Russ, I'm sure I set them up....I just slide it to On and got the "Apex Fusion Status On" notification 45 miles away in less than 15 seconds, flipped it back to Auto and got the "off" notification.

Try reuploading the code in fusion. I had a similar problem today on code I created and uploaded in apex local. Reuploading in Fusion fixed it immediately.

Might be obvious, but is the high sensor tile actually reading CLOSED when it's under water? If not then it could be a bad sensor or loose connection.

Slightly embarrassing, it wasn’t reading closed. It was before and I thought I was just messed up on the alarm part. While I was feeding today, I just unplugged the high and plugged it back in. Ta-da, magic. Thanks for the troubleshooting help folks.
