    Question on ERROR Statement

Once its activated how long until it resets? In other words when its triggered can I reset it manually or do I have to wait?

It will not reset on its own. You can reset it manually at any time.

How do you reset it manually? So when the commands when and error activate does both shut the outlet off permanently until the controller restarts?

You change it from OFF back to AUTO.

I do have one more question regarding the WHEN command. Can it be used to turn the outlet either ON or OFF while kept in the AUTO position?

The when command is used as a latch. When it becomes true whatever state you put at the end (Then ON or Then OFF) will determine whether it latches to manual ON or manual OFF. I use both types in my own code depending on the use.
