Setting up return pump but keeps coming up under advanced

So under Output I'm naming it ReturnPump, under control Type I select Return Pump and it has fallback ON, feed timer A, and feed timer delay at 5, I save using cloud icon but when I go back into it it comes up as an advanced control type. I have tried using feed cycle 1 and it shuts the outlet off but after 5min timer is up it doesn't turn outlet back on? Any help is appreciated

Advanced is better anyway . The reason it is doing this is because the time delay field is after the feed timer expired bot from when it starts. Set that to 0 if you want it to turn back ON when the timer expires.

Not sure I understand. Here is a screen shot of the current state. Im looking to set it up using feed timer A and be off for 5min (factory default i believe)

    Are you on a classic?

    What firmware are you on?

In that case, that is normal.

The Classic/Jr. does not have Return Pump as a control type.

    Use Advanced.

A more complete answer about the Return Pump Control Type - the Return Pump Control Type exists only within Apex Fusion - think of it as a wizard intended to help you do basic programming of a generic return pump without doing any actual programming. When used and sent to the Apex, it is sent as the actual raw programming. So when you view that output configuration again, it appears as Advanced Control Type. The same applies to three other such Control Type wizards - Skimmer, Always, and ATO.

    Just add

    If FeedA 000 Then OFF

To the advanced code at the end.
