Rename the pH2 port to something more meaningful, such as pHCaRx then try it again.

That is normal. The outlet will not turn on until the pH drops to 6.04. It will then turn on and stay on until the pH hits 6.16. The outlet will stay off until the pH drop below the Low set point once again. That is how it maintains the specified pH range.

I’m sorry if out let is on then solenoid is open and co2 is being added to chamber
So I need program to turn outlet off at 6.05 and when ph rises too 6.15after the co2 is shut down turn outlet back on turning co2 back on

    Do I have something backwards?

You want it to turn ON when pH is high and off when pH is low. Your original code was backwards.

Look at the screenshots. He has it properly set to ON When High.

No. I misinterpreted the response by Russ and didn't look at the code. It is set up corrrectly, you just misinterpreted when it would be ON vs OFF. Since it is a hysteresis like a heater, it's normal for both ON and OFF states to occur when it's between the two setpoints. What matters is that the pH value oscillates between the high and low setpoints.

You never posted the pH graph, so I don't know If it's working correctly or not. If you see the pH fluctuate between those two points everything is correct and properly setup. If not, the code itself is correct so something else is the problem such as the outlet not being in auto, or there not being enough secondary pressure on the regulator.
