Green status LED on base unit

What does this mean? This is a second 2016 I picked up and I have reset it, and plugged an Ethernet cable into it so I can try to set up hard wired

If it is solid green, that means it did not boot up properly. Contact tech support.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
