    Question Salinity probe

    Ok new apex 2016 running for a month salinity probe perfect.
    last 2 days from 12:34- 2:30 am drops from 34.7 to 31.1 alarm triggers for 2 hours every 5 min then salinity goes back to normal for the rest of 22 hours any idea what is wrong or could be? can't figure it out. no bubbles on probe, the salinity is not dropping checked ,no electric running any where near probe or cable .

    More than likely it was a temporary bubble in the probe that dislodged itself. It also could have been electromagnetic interference, which cond probes are fairly sensitive to.

    You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
