I can't get my MP40 to show up in Apex

Hello all, I'm currently trying to setup my WXM but I'm having some difficulty. I was able to get my Radions connected and setup with no problem, However i'm not having the same luck with my MP40. I went through the steps multiples times and everytime my MP40 blinks blue and yellow as if its paired but the virtual outlet in Apex never appears. I'm a little confused and feel like I'm missing something incredibly obvious. Thanks

Try clicking the little lock on the top right. Chances are the outlet is in there and you have to move it to the dashboard

This might not help (I don't have a WXM), but I would try rebooting everything, making sure the MP40 firmware is current and then trying again.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Thanks but I still havent been able to get it to link. I did have luck with a second MP40, I had only hooked up the one since my tank is still cycling. I took the other one out of the box and it worked on my very first try. However, I still havent been able to get the original one to link up even though it flashes blue and yellow as if it were connected. And I did try connecting it with the one that did pair unplugged and still nothing.

And i'll just see myself out the door, lol. I noticed the W wasn't lighting up on the controller, sure enough the rf module was loose. Once I seated the RF module it worked perfectly. Thanks for helping me through my stupidity

If I may ask - Was the RF module that came loose installed in the controller when purchased, or installed later as an add-on? So far I have not experienced this issue for either.

It was installed from the factory, they were both recently purchased and i assume the newest gen. I dont blame them this was on me, in hindsight i did drop the controller. Im just glad ecotechs products are user friendly. I would much rather the chip popped off where i can replace it rather than it break in a place i cant get to repair.
