Angry Not connected to Fusion with blank blue Display

    Hey all,

I've tried searching around but have not found an exact solution to my problem. Last week we were doing some electrical work and I'm fairly certain that's when this process started. I noted that my light schedule was off, but the pumps and fans were running so I didn't think much of it.

Today I decided to fix the problem and I tried to sign in to Apex Fusion and found that the apex system was not connected. Looking under the tank at the display the display is on, but it's a completely blank blue screen. No flashing, black, etc. Just blue backlight with no actual display.

As you can imagine, this poses a problem. I've tried directly connecting the laptop to the apex and adjusting the IPV4 settings to the static IP, but I cannot locate the Apex on the "network" - it can't find it. I have no idea what IP the system was mapped to because I can't access the display. Therefore I can't figure out how I could begin to fix this. I need a firmware update (per Apex Fusion Sign In mine is outdated), but I can't get it to connect to complete the update.

I'm at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.

If any more info is needed to help diagnose, please advise.

Links to some of the threads I've browsed and things I've tried to no avail:

https://forum.neptunesystems.com/sho...y-Apex-is-down (Note I did not try the factory reset, was just playing with additional settings to try to get the firmware update done)

The idea with updating the Firmware was maybe I could get the Apex reconnected to Fusion to access the old dashboard and try to fix the display, a la:

    http://support.neptunesystems.com/su...odule-is-blank

But I can't use the old dashboard with no internet connection for the Apex...

Can you try to run the Apex Browsing Utility and see if it discovers your Apex on the network?

Is this the magnifying glass tool when you open/run the flash utility? I searched and couldn't find exactly what this was, but if it's the search within the flash tool I was unable to locate the Apex via this method (I think there may be a problem with it connecting, which is why I can't see it on Fusion).

If it sees your Apex, clicking on it should then connect.
