As title says... I switch phone provider to AT&T and now every time my apex sends an alarm or clears one it comes in as a new contact phone number. Therefore cannot view on my phone as a conversation nor save the number since its always a different one. I have verified from AT&T and Neptune systems that this is indeed AT&T's issue since their system converts messages originating from a .com address to a different number every time.
( Alarms used to come in as sent from "[email protected]" with Sprint with no issue at all.)
I was told that there might be a work around out on the forum by Neptune Systems rep.
This is very annoying. Anyone solve this issue?
