Help with Output logs

Hi ... I would like to be able to check when my ATO kicks off ... I have checked the enable box in the log section of the ATO set up page .. but any time I check the output log on Fusion, it indicates that there are no output log entries for that day ... I am pretty confident that the ATO is functioning as the water level remains relatively constant ... Ref Manual says relatively little about logging so any guidance on what I am doing wrong would be appreciated ...thanks

Is this an ATK or custom apex ATO using the breakout box and floats, or is it a third party ATO like the tunze osmolator. If the latter, the only way to tell is with watts draw.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

Others have been having issues with data logging.
According to one poster, Neptune is aware of the issue.

I think it's a bug having same issue
