Apex Jr Power Fail Question

Specifically for an APEX Jr, what is the programing Syntax for me to be notified via email of power return and that the Apex Jr has been rebooted?

Add as the last line in your email output program:

If Power Apex Off 001 Then ON

I am also assuming that since I am using an Apex Jr that I am unable to use the Power Monitor feature which would allow me to receive a power loss email and automatically shutting off non-critical equipment but leaving on my critical equipment whilst connected to a UPS.

That is right. Power Monitor requires the use of a 12VDC adapter plugged into the aux power input jack, which is the APEX Jr does not have.
