    Cor-20 help pls

I have installed the Cor-20 pump for my return pump and is set up through my apex. On my fusion dashboard I have the cor tile. I run the pump at night at 30%. The tile reads 34 watts and 2419 RPM. When I turn the pump on fully to 100% the RPM maxes out at 3000 and the wattage is 64 watts. Can someone explain this for me please as these numbers just don't work mathematically.
Also I have checked the iq settings and they are set to min 1% and max 100%. This just seems that the pump is very under powered or I am not able to actually get it to operate at 100%.

    TIA
    Lawrence

As a rule, RPM does not necessarily correlate directly with power usage. There is also some 'overhead' power usage due to the controller and inefficiencies in the power supply.

Is the max on the IQ speed adjustment set at 100% or something less? 100% on the dashboard corresponds to whatever you set as the max, not necessarily the maximum of the pump. If you click on the little cogwheel at the top right the COR-20 slider on the fusion dashboard, it opens up the COR-20 settings page. At the bottom of that page is the IQ-Level Adjustment bar. What does it say for Max Speed above that?

Also, what is your flow like?

Power isn't linearly correlated with impeller speed. Power is correlated with impeller speed cubed. When I run the numbers if the pump is 34W at 2419rpm, the watts at 3000rpm should be 64.5W

Wow your 30% is faster than my 65%! I'm only at 2205 RPM and using 57W to get that.

Power use is dependent on system head pressure for the same flowrate. A higher head system will run slower at the same power input and use more power for the same RPM. He probably has less head than you do.
