I need help with time program “advance”

I have an led strip I want to have t turn on in 2 cycles — example

Light on from 7:00am-8:00am
Again on the same day
From 830am -9:00am

Can someone help me how to write it in Advance setting ?

Set OFF
If Time 07:00 to 08:00 Then ON
If Time 08:30 to 09:00 Then ON
