Contact support. Something likely needs a repair after something like that.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
I second contacting support. Have you tried completely disconnecting the DOS from the rest of the system? Do the issues persist if it is disconnected?

I disconnected everything and no luck. I just bought a new apex controller and set it up. Got the eb832 working but none of the other modules are showing up on the module setup. Do you have any idea why.
That doesn’t sound encouraging. I am assuming you have tried the modules 1 by 1. You definitely need to talk to support, but I’m concerned the shorted DOS may have damaged the remaining modules

Have you ever seen all the modules get damaged at one time. Everything from eb4, leak detectors,wxm, display. None of them show up as modules or tiles.
I personally have not, but anything is possible. Your best bet is to talk to Neptune and see what they say.
Just to make sure I understand correctly, you got a new Apex and EB832 and those are the only 2 items working and being detected, correct? Do you see the modules in the modules section?
Never mind, I reread above. Support I think is your only option at this point.

New controller and eb832. They work fine. No other module show up. Did not even want to try the DOS.
