Have the Neptune ATK. Set it up stand alone and worked perfect. Migrated it to my Apex controller, did all the programing and now the pump will not run? The dashboard shows that the ATO is "ON". the Switches show "OPEN" but still pump won't run? Any thoughts or suggestions where to turn from here?
Did you keep the power supply plugged in?

No I disconnected the power supply and used the USB connection to my Apex EB8
The power supply has to be plugged in to power the pump. It can't get it's power from aquabus but the module itself can.

Thank you, I will reconnect the PS to the pump. That makes perfect sense now.
