I have put on a fish feeder, added it in apex Fusion, and set the feed mood and set which devices I want it to control. But it does not turn off the devices (power heads that I want) turned off?

Without seeing the code you used, I'll share my feeder setup. I run only pellets with the intention of feeding the fish and not the corals once per day. I chose to continue running my Wave pumps on their program while the feeder drops pellets as this pushes the pellets around and prevents the aggressive eaters from 'getting it all'.
The feed program I'm using is...
OSC 000:00/000:30/000:30 Then ON
If Time 00:00 to 08:35 Then OFF
If Time 08:37 to 24:00 Then OFF
Then for the Return pump...
Fallback OFF
Set ON
If Time 08:30 to 09:00 Then OFF (This covers the time that the feeder has run)
If Output Feed_Manual = ON Then OFF (other programming covers my additional feedings)
If Output H2OleakLOK = ON Then OFF
If Output LowH2O-LOK = ON Then OFF
The AFS does not trigger the feed mode. You have to use a virtual outlet. Search vFeed on the forums and the examples are endless.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
ok, i'll just set it off when not used like this example If Time 00:00 to 08:35 Then OFF
If Time 08:37 to 24:00 Then OFF
