    Connections/Reboot Problem

    So today I noticed my apex wasnt connected to fusion . I went to use the manual reset and I guess when I reset my display didnt come back on and Im still not connected to Fusion. the lights on both my EB8s are flashing along with the light on my DOS. I tried unplugging both EB8s until the lights went and plugging them back in but that didnt help getting reconnected to Fusion or getting my display back on.


    Is there a button or way to manually reset the Apex without the display ? Thanks in advance for any help !

    The green light on the actual apex unit is on and not flashing .

    I dont know my Apex's IP address .

    I'm at a restaurant now and on my phone. But search the forum for "find address" there's a small app you can download. It will poll the network and show the ip for the base.

    I searched for "find address" and really didnt find anything helpful unfortunately . I should mention though that Ive previously found and DLed the Flash utility and tried to search for my Apex that way and couldnt find it.

    Is it wired or wifi.

    With a wired connection you should be able to get to the classic dashboard.

    So Ive downloaded the Apex flash utility but am unable to locate my Apex using the app. The green status light on my unit is a steady green while the lights on my EB8s and DOS are flashing. I'm getting default power thru my EB8s for pumps but my timers for lights are gone,as well as my ATO function. I'm not sure what my next steps are other than calling Neptune tomorrow and sending the unit in. I could be wrong by I dont think I need to go that far because I think If I could access the Apex I could update and get things going again.
    Any help is greatly appreciated,thanks!

    Are you connected through a switch to your lan and have you powered down the Apex completely and powered back up?

    Also completely cycling the power on your router and any switches may help.

    I have completey unplugged the apex for up to 3 minutes and powered it back up. The Apex is hardlined directly to my router. I'll cycle my router and see if that helps.

    Also make sure the cable is seated well in the Base and try another port in the router.
