How do I find out if a switch from my ALD was tripped sometime today? Is there a log of every time a switch goes on or off?

It has to be inside a virtual outlet or email alert in order to log it. Switches do not log by default.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
I see. How do I find out what is happening with my drain system? twice in the past 3 days, I came home to my tank partially drained. If I look at the log, there are over 400 entries turning the drain on and off in less than a second intervals!. It eventually results in my virtual outlet turning on and I believe causing the tank to drain. the following are the apex codes:
Drain outlet:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If FeedD 000 Then ON
If Swx8_1 CLOSED Then ON
If Output LeakDrain = ON Then OFF
(Swx8_1 is a switch attached to my ALD)
virtual LeekDrain outlet
Set OFF
If Swx8_1 CLOSED Then ON
Defer 000:30 Then ON
when Drain is ON, the tank drains
I cannot tell if the feedD cycle is turning the drain on or the virtual outlet is. Is this from electrical interference?
