How to reset an EB4 always reading 0 AMPS

    Good afternoon,

I need some help resetting one of my power bars or at least I hope my problem can be fixed by resetting it. So one of my power bars is always showing 0 Amps on apex fusion. I have a Vertex Omega 150 connected there but it always reads 0 amps. I tried using the instructions shown in the picture but it just said not found. I’m using a iMac computer so I don’t know if that’s why it didn’t work or is there a new way to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the actual apex ip address, or did you type in 192.168.1.50?

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

I typed telnet and the actual apex IP address. It just keeps saying command not found.

Looks like you need to run a homebrew on Mac to add telnet functionality as it was removed on Sierra. Might be easier to borrow a PC from a friend/neighbor.

Ok thanks I’ll see if I can find how to use it.

Do not do this. Instead, follow vhuang168’s advice to establish a telnet session from a Mac running High Sierra.

I ended up using an old pc I had in the closet. It seems like it fixed the problem. Thank you guys for the help.
