if then statements dont seem to be working // turned off an outlet and doser still dosed..

    Hi --

I have this configured to shut my skimmer off if the return pump loses power.. i tested this by unplugging the return and the skimmer kept on keeping on.

    does this statement look wrong??

    Fallback ON
    Set ON
If Output 3_3_ret_pump = OFF Then OFF
If Power Apex Off 001 Then OFF
    Defer 002:00 Then ON
    If Swx4_1 CLOSED Then OFF
    If Swx4_2 CLOSED Then OFF

Am i supposed to use DEVICE or NAME in the statements??

Or does my statement mean, if the outlet is set to OFF via slider, then the skimmer will shut off??

I tested this before and after updating my firmware.. no luck either way.

Also i have the DOS hooked into this outlet.. I have it set to off.. and checked in the AM and its still dosing..

Are these low wattage devices (<5w)? If so they have to go in 4 or 8, or you have to add some extra stuff to increase the load like a light or small heater or it can get stuck in the ON position regardless of programming or even in manual OFF

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

You should not have the DŌS power supply plugged into an EnergyBar outlet; the DŌS should have constant power. All control of the DŌS pumps should be done through the 2 DŌS outputs.
