I want everything to turn off on feed cycle D. How?

There must be a shortcut of some kind so that when I click on feed cycle D it turn off everything in my tank. Suggestions? I want to use this for my water change button.

Also, while I'm here, when I program code, explain to me again how the apex reads the order of the code? In all this recoding, I think I've gotten myself confused.

Paste this in every output you want to turn off

If FeedD 000 Then OFF

It reads from 1st to last, or top down, in order.
