Could you please interpret this for me?

I set up my ATK. The following code is how the APEX set things up. Could someone please break this down in laymen terms so I can be certain I understand what's happening?

    Fallback OFF
    Set OFF
    If LoWtr1 OPEN Then ON
    If HiWtr2 CLOSED Then OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF
    Defer 000:10 Then ON
    Defer 000:04 Then OFF
    Min Time 060:00 Then OFF

Fallback OFF - If Communication with the head unit is lost, turn the outlet OFF
Set OFF - The default state of the outlet is OFF
If LoWtr1 OPEN Then ON - If this switch is OPEN, then turn the outlet ON
If HiWtr2 CLOSED Then OFF - If this switch is CLOSED then turn the outlet OFF
When On > 005:00 Then OFF - When the outlet is ON for more than 5 minutes, turn it OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON - The 'ON' condition above for LoWtr1 must be on for 10 seconds before turning the outlet ON - This prevents flapping ON/OFF rapidly
Defer 000:04 Then OFF - The 'OFF' condition about for HiWtr2 must be off off for 4 second before turning the outlet OFF
Min Time 060:00 Then OFF - Once turned off, the outlet must stay off for 60 minutes before it turns on again

    Hopefully that was helpful!

Excellent. I was not certain on the WHEN, DEFER and MIN TIME commands. Big help. Thanks.

I would like the ATK to turn off when I activate the FeedD mode. Do I put that command on line 3 before the other commands or at the end?

My mind tells me to put it on line 3. That way the apex sees it first when I activate FeedD, turns off ATK, then reactivates ATK once FeedD cancels. Sound about right?

I typically put my feed statements at the bottom. It has always worked for me

You forgot one very important word. On the When statement is should state "when the outlet is on for 5 minutes turn the outlet to manual OFF instead of AUTO" you can be notified when this happens with the if Error command.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.

That explains a lot. I got an error the other night during a water change. That is why. I'd set it up in my email alarm to notify me of that. Well, it worked!
