Question Power Usage Alarm - Heater and Gryro 250 Always going on

Yes after someone local helped me get my Power usage alarms setup

Now on my 2 Heaters and my 2 Maxspect Gryo 250's they keep alerting me

This is what I have them setup as

    Heater1W
    Alarm - When outside Range
    Min - 0
    Max - 144

Note : My heater in the Power is normally at 182.

    Gryro 250

You set the max well below the normal value. That needs to be above it.

With that said, there is little to no value for alarming at high wattage. A failed device such as a stall or short may not show an increased wattage draw depending on the parameters of the device (which are well beyond the understanding of most people). What can be useful however is to alarm when amps use goes more than 1.5 times normal. That reliably indicated a failure in a device.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
