Apex outlets will not turn off

Help! Several apex outlets are staying on sporadically even though fusion displays they are off and the programming indicates they should be off. This is happening with a hammerhead pump, m1 pump, and the most troubling is that it also seems to be happening with my heaters - which has brought the tank up to 93 degrees 3 tines in the past few days! I just bought a ton of coral, which now seems mostly dead. I have had this apex a few years and have never had this problem. I have ordered seperate temperature controllers in case this keeps happening. Short of replacing or ditching the apex, is there anything I can do?

Contact support. Possible its corruption, but more likely you have a hardware problem in that energy bar and it will need repair or replacement.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
