Alarm status on - no log

I'm currently getting what I believe to be a false alarm.

Fusion shows an alarm status, but when I click it and go to the logs, there is nothing there.
There are no logged alarms either forward or backward. Yet I have a persistent notification of an alarm condition.

Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

Thanks for the response.
I see that in my outputs page there are listings for SndAlm_I6 and SndWrn_I7, but I don’t know how or where to check status of them. They do not show up on my home page nor on the unlock area. Only the email alarm shows up there.

Do you use a display? If not, they shouldn't even be there.

Incorrect. The SndAlm_I6 and SndWrn_I7 outputs exist internally in every model of Apex base unit; they are there even if no display is connected. If no display module is known to the Apex base, then those outputs are automatically suppressed from being displayed on the dashboard. They will always appear in the outputs list.

thanks again for the help.

I do not have a display, so no tiles were available on the dashboard.
I did update both to be "Set OFF" and now the alarm status is gone.
